1. General Policy
At Verona Tours, we aim to provide excellent service. Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellations by Customer
- More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund
- 3 to 7 days before the tour date: Partial refund (administrative fees may apply)
- Less than 3 days before the tour date or no-show: No refund
3. Cancellations by Verona Tours
If a tour is canceled by Verona Tours due to operational, safety, or unforeseen reasons, customers will be offered:
- A full refund or
- The option to reschedule the tour
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Booking or processing fees (if applicable)
- Customized or private tours once confirmed
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
